circa un mese fa ho fatto un acquisto di ciondoli pandora, ho pagato con il paypal, ma non ho ricevuto da voi nessuna notizia, ho chiesto conferma alla mia banca e mi ha consigliato che se entro la fine di gennaio non ricevo nessuna notizia, devo fare una denuncia ai carabiniere per frode

Ik heb op 21 november 2 jassen bij tidestore besteld voor 65euro ze zeiden dat mijn jassen binnen 5/12 dagen bezorgd zouden worden maar ik heb nog steeds niks binnengekregen. Ik heb ze 2 keer een mailtje gestuurd met het bewijs van mijn betalen ik heb nog steeds geen antwoord.
Graag zou ik geholpen willen worden want dit vind ik echt niet kunnen

I bought a pair of high heels for my wife - the pictures they use on the site are showing the original ones from the Italian designer Giuseppe Zanotti. I am not familiar with fashion, so I didn't know that before. The original shoes cost about 500 Euro, they shoes they sell are about 65 Euro. The quality of the shoes is embarrassing poor, defective and ugly smelling. The size delivered is wrong, I ordered 39 and they sent me 40.

I wanted to have a refund, but their return policy they state is not honest: They say you can return an item just if you are not 100% satisfied. Actually I had dozens of mails with their customer service and they want me to prove the deficiencies and document it by sending them pictures! After all they didn't even give me the return address. The cost for sending the item back would also be born by the buyer. So you pay shipping cost there and back even if the item is not okay which is not your fault.

In addition I confronted the customer service with the following issues:
- The shoes are not at all as illustrated in the description. You are showing pictures of a designer fashion shoe of Guiseppe Zanotti.
- The point above further constitutes (1) a conscious deception of the buyer and (2) a violation of the copyright laws of the creator and designer.
- On the sole of the shoe you can read "vero cuoio" which is italian for "genuine leather", but your shows are made of plastic. Further it reads “Made in Italy”, but yours are made in China.
- You declared your parcel with wrong information for the customs as you put a much lower price of 21 USD on the label than I paid (65 Euro) which is against customs regulation.
They didn't respond a single word to that.

I further warned them that if they not agreed to give me a refund, I would post this on public review platforms, inform the consumer protection about their deceptive business acts and the customs about the wrong declaration of goods. But no reaction also to all this.
