To be able to form our own opinion and write our own review, we had to place some test orders at TBdress - and were positively surprised!

After our delivery arrived within 2 weeks, which is comparably fast for an online shop shipping from China, we could check out the clothing quality and ordered accessories. All in all, it was better than expected and thanks to studying the sizing chart before ordering we received products in fitting sizes.

Delivery Times and Shipping Costs

TBdress unfortunately doesn't offer free shipping, the shipping fees depend on the chosen shipping option, weight and size of the delivery. You get to choose between Super Savings (5-12 days), Standard Shipping (4-8 days) and Expedited Shipping (2-5 days). Keep in mind that your order will also take a couple of days to process, so this time needs to be added to the estimated shipping time. A great opportunity: TBdress frequently offers the option of free shipping starting from a certain order value - so keep your eyes open for these promotions.

TBdress and Customs

We've had good experience with TBDress so far - all deliveries were properly declared, so that we didn't have any unnecessary problem with customs or the like.

If you're in the US and ordering from overseas, extra taxes and fees on your order are always possible, if not common. The majority of these fees is actually just a nominal processing fee of $2 - $9. The amount to be paid, however, can vary widely depending on the product and how it’s sent. If you are concerned about your item or planning to place a $500+ order, you might want to check with your Customs Office at the port of entry first.

Any extra taxes or duties on your shipment will either be paid at your door when the mailman drops it off, or the package may be held at your local post office. In which case, you will need to go pick it up and pay any applicable fees in person.

Return Policy

If you need to return or exchange something from your delivery, you need to get in contact with customer service first. As soon as they approve your return, you can follow their instructions to send your delivery back. Keep in mind that you won't get a refund for your return shipping fees.
