We had no problems with our orders from Sygmall getting through customs and, as a result, no extra costs to pay on our orders. That doesn't mean it cannot or will not happen, however. According to SYGMALL's official company policy on returns and exchanges SYGMALL "reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for non-quality related issues," so items returned because of a change of heart may be subject to extra fees. 

SYGMALL also allows buyers to cancel an order within 3 days if the order has not yet been shipped.
