Although LovelyWholesale mostly offers fashionable street clothes for women, the China-based webstore also has a decent selection of shoes, jewelry, accessories, childrens clothes, and even halloween and cosplay costumes. Active since 2005, LovelyWholesale has gained a respectable following among budget-minded fashionistas the world-over. Ranking among the top 24,000 most-visited websites in the world, LovelyWholesale draws over 1/3rd of its visitors from the US, France, and Great Britain.

Payment

When you go to make a payment you will have the option to proceed normally and make a LovelyWholesale account, or you can Checkout with PayPal to speed through the registration process and complete your order with a PayPal payment. For non-PayPal users, LovelyWholesale also gives you the option to pay via Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) or Money Order.

LovelyWholesale seems to prefer PayPal payments, however, as it will automatically process your credit card payments through PayPal is you have a PayPal account. If don't have a PayPal account and have never used it before, just continue by selecting "PayPal (Credit Card or Debit Card)" option and you will automatically be prompted to enter your card details normally. Shipping Costs and Delivery Time

When it comes time to select a delivery method for your order, you will be presented with three "levels" of generic shipping options. The cheapest (and slowest) method is the Flat Rate Shipping (15-25 business days). Should you not want to wait 3-5 weeks for your stuff, you may also select Standard Shipping (6-10 business days) or the most expensive Expedited Shipping (2-5 business days). 

What you pay for shipping will ultimately come down to how much you order (product weight) and which shipping method you choose. The Flat Rate option is always the cheapest but the weight-dependant pricing means that sometimes the Standard or Expedited options may be a better deal, so be sure to keep an eye on your shipping prices. Customers opting for the Standard and Expedited shipping will also have the option to add $1 shipping insurance to their order. This protects your order in case it gets lost in the mail or is stopped at customs.

LovelyWholesale offers Free Shipping on some items. These items can be found in the "Free Shipping" section by clicking the link on the upper-right side of the page. Here you will find all small items (mostly jewelry) that LovelyWholesale will ship to you for free.

All of our test orders arrived well-packaged and on time to our office with no drama getting through customs. Customs stops can happen at any time, for any reason, and affect any package, however, so its worth it to read up on your country's rules and regulations regarding international shipping and importation fees.

For shipments entering the US, extra taxes and fees on your product are possible. Not every item is taxed when entering the country, and the majority are only subject to a nominal processing fee of between $2 and $9 in the case of a random customs stop. The amount to be paid, however, can vary widely depending on the product and how it’s sent. If you are concerned about your item, or are planning to order goods in excess of $500, it is worth it to check with the Customs Office at the port of entry to confirm any extra fees.

Any extra taxes or duties on your shipment will either be paid at your door when the mailman drops it off, or the package may be held at your local post office. In which case, you will need to go pick it up and pay any applicable fees in person.

Return Policy

Should you receive any damaged or incorrect items among your order, you can send it back to LovelyWholesale for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery. LovelyWholesale will cover all of the return shipping costs on defective or incorrect items.

LovelyWholesale does not mention on its website whether they accept returns on items that you decide you don't like. Considering all returns must be reported to LovelyWholesale customer service in advance, they probably process return requests on a case by case basis so there is no guarantee that you will be able to return an item you decide you no longer want. 

Special Features

LovelyWholesale features an intuitive and easy-to-use point system which rewards frequent shoppers. Unlike most point systems that require you to share the site or post an item review, LovelyWholesale's "Lovely Points" are also gained just for buying products on LovelyWholesale. In general, buyers receive 1 Lovely Point per US dollar spent on items (excluding shipping cost). Points can be redeemed at a rate of 100 Lovely Points for $5 USD (or 20 Lovely Points per $1). As soon as you have enough points attached to your account, you will be asked to enter how many points you wish to redeem on your next purchase. If you like what you find on LovelyWholesale, Lovely Points are an easy way to make your patronage worth it.

Conclusion

We found the low prices and huge selections to be our biggest draws to LovelyWholesale. The Shipping costs can get expensive in a hurry, but if you're only on the hunt for small items or don't mind ordering in bulk you can quickly make it work your while once you start amassing Lovely Points. You won't get any brand name items on LovelyWholesale, but you shouldn't be disappointed by the quality either. LovelyWholesale is worth a visit, but is most worth it for frequent shoppers.
