At 06.02.2018 i received a brand new MI A1 device, baught by Honorbuy Europe.
From beginning on the headphone jack did not work properly. There was a spongy feeling when i plugged the headphones in the jack.
The Headphones jack has loose contact.
I contacted Honorbuy.
They asked me to provide a video about the problem.
Today i was asked to send the mobile phone to Slovenia (shipping risk and transportation costs to my responsibility).
I will not!!!!
Ich did not even receive a bill for this purchasel
I suggested Honorby the change of the device (new against the broken one), i'm still waiting for the answer.
I like the mobile phone, design, performance, Android One, the price and the very fast shipping.
But i do not like the miserable customer service.
As long as they dont provide a decent service, i will keep distance to their products.
