Eachmall.com (founding of company in 2008, website eachmall.com online since 2013, down since December 2015) was focused on electronics like smartphones, tablets, game consoles and gadgets. It was only online for about two years but was pretty successful and popular for its tech range and tech knock-offs.
Unfortunately, the quality of customer support and order processing had declined over the course of the last few months, so that the owners seemed to have decided to silently go offline with the website.
After placing a few orders on Eachmall we can already tell a bit about our experience with Eachmall.
Sadly the express checkout with PayPal isn’t possible. At first you have to register on Eachmall before choosing your preferred payment method. So there’s no way to finish your first purchase quickly.
After creating your account and filling your address in, you can choose shipping and payment method. Besides PayPal you can choose between Sofort banking, credit card payment with Tenpay or GC and giropay, WebMoney and Western Union.
We recommend always paying with PayPal because of the PayPal buyer protection within 45 days after payment. You can open a case at PayPal and demand a refund of your money.
Even though you might miss it at first without its logo: we recommend PayPal payment!
The delivery time depends completely on the chosen shipment method. During the ordering process you have several shipping options and correspondingly different shipping costs and estimated shipping times. The shipping costs depend on weight and measurements of your order but usually vary between 5 and 30 Euro. The delivery time to Central Europe can range between 4 to 20 work days. The cheapest delivery method called Super Saver Shipping naturally takes the longest with up to 20 work days.
We recommend using the cheapest shipping method because the more expansive shipping is just too pricey if you’re ordering inexpensive gadgets.

The return or exchange of items is a bit complicated at Eachmall. If something is missing or faulty, you have to send a number of pictures of the parcel, the item and of the damage to Eachmall. After getting the go-ahead of customer service, you send back the item and only after checking the item, the support team will decide if they will refund you or exchange the item at all. The customer has to pay the return shipping fees in any case. Eachmall expects a fast reaction. You have to contact them within 5 days of receipt or within 30 days after the package was shipped if the parcel or item was faulty or missing. After that time period you can only work the usual warranty depending on the kind of item you bought.
Of course you can open a case on PayPal in case of any misunderstandings and demand a refund of your money. But hopefully this shouldn’t be necessary. We received all of our orders without any problems and didn’t have to return anything.
Eachmall had great gadgets and prices when we tested it. A definite downside were the high shipping costs, meaning you usually had to check out other gadgets shops for the best price anyways.
Eachmall offers many electronic gadgets and especially in the game console area many products that you don’t often see on Chinese gadget shops. The downside is the relatively expansive shipping, so a visit to another online shop might be helpful. Two examples are:
