I purchased an action camera on march 3 choosing delivery from a spanish warehouse, paying 8 euros more than the HK warehouse because of the quicher delivery. After several days i had not received the item nor the confirmation of delivery with the tracking number i write to the company. They reply with a tracking number, i check it and i see that there's a problem with the address (wrong or incomplete). I try to fix it, but i can't because i have to write the postcod of destination and i get "invalid postcode" error, it seems the delivery company systems are working only with spanish postcodes. I write agait to Camfere and i ask them to correct the address. No answer. I go back to track my package and i see it is going back to Spain. I write again to Camfere. They say it's true, and saying: "when the item is outside China we cannot correct the delivery address" !!! And they add: when the item will be back we will arrange a new shipment.
Now it's 20 days, and counting... Why on earth do they need to wait? They could send the item as soon as the know that the first one is getting back to them... but this would apply to a serious company with solid customer care. This is not. I do not recommend to do business with them
