Impossible d'obtenir un remboursement, cette organisation ne répond pas aux e-mails. Méfiez-vous. J'ai reçu un accessoire de macrophotographie complètement bancal et inutilisable et je ne peux le retourner.
Cette boutique chinoise n'est pas du tout sérieuse. J'ai commandé un stabilisateur 3 axes Z1 reçu un mois plus tard.
Il ne fonctionne pas du tout et malgré plusieurs mails de ma part je n'ai pas eu de retour.
Les personnes qui répondent semblent ne pas être concernés et font des réponses approximatives pour gagner du temps.
Conclusion: OUBLIEZ CAMFERE qui n'est pas une société sérieuse.

Support draft nur komische Fragen und kommt nicht zu einer Lösung. Habe 30€ für Express Versand bezahlt und hat trotzdem mehr als drei Wochen gedauert.

I purchased an action camera on march 3 choosing delivery from a spanish warehouse, paying 8 euros more than the HK warehouse because of the quicher delivery. After several days i had not received the item nor the confirmation of delivery with the tracking number i write to the company. They reply with a tracking number, i check it and i see that there's a problem with the address (wrong or incomplete). I try to fix it, but i can't because i have to write the postcod of destination and i get "invalid postcode" error, it seems the delivery company systems are working only with spanish postcodes. I write agait to Camfere and i ask them to correct the address. No answer. I go back to track my package and i see it is going back to Spain. I write again to Camfere. They say it's true, and saying: "when the item is outside China we cannot correct the delivery address" !!! And they add: when the item will be back we will arrange a new shipment.
Now it's 20 days, and counting... Why on earth do they need to wait? They could send the item as soon as the know that the first one is getting back to them... but this would apply to a serious company with solid customer care. This is not. I do not recommend to do business with them
Hoy he recibido un marco digital comprado en esta tienda y me ha venido con la pantalla rota, he intentado ponerme en contacto con ellos y ha sido imposible por lo cual no puedo reclamar. El email de contacto devuelve todos los correos y no aparece otra forma de contacto.
