Aurabuy is a successful B2C-online shop with its warehouse in Hong Kong. Similarly to Pandawill and Antelife its product range is focused on consumer electronics and gadgets - especially on tablets and smartphones.

Without further notice it suddenly went down for a few weeks but now it seems to be online again. Furthermore, it is advertising for its new website dd4 (http://www.dd4.com/).

Aurabuy's homepage is frequently down and after some time on again - even though it is very slow at the moment -, so we can't recommend ordering from them at the moment! When we tested their shop a few weeks ago, we received an automatic refund within two days - so if you do order, you will most likely be able to retrieve your money quickly. The lacking communication with customers and partners isn't exactly building our trust to Aurabuy, but hopefully the communication with their company will improve as soon as all problems are solved and the new shop is running smoothly again. We don't know exactly what is happening at Aurabuy's company and why they are expanding right now but we will keep you up-to-date

Purchased a $150 Android Phone back in July 2014. Got it defective on arrival. Aurabuy ( now changed to dd4.com. maybe they needed to hide from too many unsatisfied customers). Customer service were really great at the beginning but then things got slow until they asked me to return the phone at my own expense ($65 down the drain) Since then...(some 120 days later) Never heard anything, no email, no answer, no answer over the phone, no nothing, just as if they were dead. I lost my phone and my $65 mailing fee. I lost everything. And I have no phone since. Its just c****! don't buy Chinese. Buy local. At least you can go back and yell at someone if unsatisfied.

1. Bestellung = Krimskrams= Iphone Hüllen, Spielerein = alles top
2. Bestellung = Uhr und Smartphone = flop

Die Lieferzeit war beide male in Ordnung. Bestellung ging problemlos.
Billigste Verarbeitung.
